Refunds
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return
any of the items you purchased from CrazyToner.com for any
reason, for a full refund (we will even refund the shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error).
All refunds will exclude shipping charges and a very low 15%
restocking fee.
Please note that all returns must be unopened and in its
original condition and packaging. Opened items will not be
accepted and will not qualify for refund.
An RMA number must be obtained from CrazyToner.com before
any item can be returned. To obtain an RMA number please call
or email us. Include in your request, your customer number
as well as your order number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours
to receive your RMA number.
Please note that packages without a valid CrazyToner.com
RMA number will not be processed, there will be no exceptions.
We strongly recommend that you obtain an RMA number before
sending your package.
An email will be sent with your RMA number and instruction
on where to send your package. Please follow the instructions
in the email in order to avoid delays.
